Thames Valley Probation Trust Board members
The Thames Valley Probation Trust Board oversees the work of Thames Valley Probation and is answerable to the Justice Minister, Chris Grayling, on performance matters.
Board members are recruited from the local communities and come from a range of backgrounds. The Board meets regularly through the year.
The Board also promotes partnership working with other local agencies in the drive to reduce crime. It is also the employer of our 650 staff.

The chairman of the Board is Malcolm Fearn. A respected businessman with years of experience in the motor retail trade, Malcolm was chairman of Oxford City PCT Trust for six years and brought a wealth of experience to the Board.
The Chief Executive, Paul Gillbard, is also a member of the Board. Paul has more than 30 years' probation experience.
The Board has seven members, including the Chief Executive. Members serve for three years and may be reappointed for one further term of three years:
