If you feel you have been treated unfairly or unreasonably you should try to talk about this with your supervising officer first or their manager.

If you are not satisfied with the response you get you can write to Gerry Marshall, the Chief Officer, at:

If you are still not satisfied with the answer, then you have a right to appeal.

The Chief Officer will explain how you can appeal when you have contacted him.
